PROFILE

Before co-founding Barreiro in 2018, Nicolás was a partner at a well-known law firm in Argentina, where he gained experience and knowledge in various areas of law.
Nicolás has a long history of involvement in corporate projects and mergers and acquisitions, from leading due diligence teams, structuring and negotiating SPAs and related contracts, to loan agreements, guarantees, commercial agreements, and shareholders’ agreements, among others. His professional practice focuses on industries such as real estate, cement, steel, laboratories, food and beverage, agriculture, apparel, and automotive.
He advises foreign companies in their establishment and branch incorporation processes in Argentina, as well as in international finance and trade operations.
He supports shareholders and partners in litigation matters, particularly in family-owned businesses.
