PROFILE

Before joining Barreiro, Clara worked at other law firms in Buenos Aires where she gained experience in the practice of law.

Currently, she focuses on Labor Law, supporting companies in general labor matters, due diligence, corporate reorganizations, labor policies, contingency analysis, employee transfers, as well as the resolution and prevention of labor conflicts.

She also provides advice on immigration issues, residency, and work visas. Between 2021 and 2022, Clara participated in the LFN Lawyer Secondment Programme at Thomás de Carranza Law Firm in Madrid.
