PROFILE

Before joining Barreiro as a partner, Dolores was part of a renowned law firm in Buenos Aires.
Her practice focuses on Corporate Law, where she advises local and foreign investors on the design and structuring of their investments, the incorporation and registration of companies, and associative contracts (including UTs, ACs, and joint ventures), start-ups, partner agreements, and other corporate agreements. She also supervises compliance with formal obligations before regulatory bodies.
Dolores leads the structuring of share purchase agreements, corporate reorganizations, including mergers and demergers, transformations, legal audits (due diligence), transfers of business assets, and other complex asset transfer transactions. In conjunction with the Litigation Department, she is involved in corporate disputes during both pre-litigation and litigation stages.
For several years, she has dedicated part of her professional time to pro bono activities for various foundations and NGOs.
