Ricardo has extensive experience in the legal field, having been a partner and senior attorney at two prominent law firms in Argentina before founding Barreiro in 2018. Throughout his career, Ricardo has gained broad experience and knowledge in various areas of law, positioning himself as a highly skilled attorney capable of providing top-tier legal services to his clients.
His professional practice focuses on legal advisory related to infrastructure, engineering, construction, energy, and natural resources. Ricardo advises clients, contractors, sponsors, and financiers on drafting and negotiating construction contracts for a wide variety of projects.
He has extensive experience in matters related to mining, oil, and gas, particularly in regulatory, title, and environmental risk issues.
Ricardo also advises clients on financing matters, commercial agreements, joint venture and construction contracts, among other topics related to the development of the sectors in which he specializes.
